Promotion Rules
1. First Deposit Promotion Type
A. If the player wins and the TO has not been reached
⇉ then the bonus + winning amount will be forfeited
B. If the player loses [partially] and the TO has not been reached
⇉ then half of the remaining balance will be forfeited

⇉ then the bonus + winning amount will be forfeited
B. If the player loses [partially] and the TO has not been reached and remaining balance > bonus collected
⇉ then remain balance - [minus] bonus amount will be forfeited
C. If the player loses [partially] and the TO has not been reached and remaining balance ≤ bonus collected
⇉ then nothing will be forfeited
